Research + Writing Tools for Today's Litigators

Online and On-Demand CLEs

In the future, we will offer online CLEs on legal research and writing that will not put you to sleep. This means that you will be able to earn CLE credit 24 hours a day from the comforts of your cozy couch or office chair.

Pre-Approved States: Alabama and Ohio (pending)

CLE Credit + Rules

  • Each online CLE has been pre-approved for credit in Alabama. We will report your credit within 30 days after you complete a course.

Under MCLE Rule 5 and Regulation 5.3, Alabama attorneys may earn up to 6 credit hours per year for “web-based” CLE courses, which includes our online CLEs.

  • Each online CLE has been pre-approved for credit in Ohio. We will report your credit within 30 days after you complete a course.

As of January 1, 2014, Ohio attorneys may earn up to 12 credit hours for Self-Study Activities per reporting period, which includes our online CLEs. Self-Study Activities do not qualify for New Lawyers Training credit. For more information about Self-Study Activities, review Regulations 100(V), 408, and 409.

  • We do not seek pre-approval for our online CLEs in Florida. But earning credit is simple: after you finish a course, complete the form, CLE Application for Course Attendance Credit, and submit it (and any requested attachments) to The Florida Bar via email.

Credit Guarantee: If a registered attorney does not receive CLE credit from the attorney’s primary state, we will provide a full refund.
